If said Mary Mardin shall have died before coming into possession of said legacy, then I give and bequeath the same to Mrs. Sarah Kehew, sister of said Mary Mardin, to her her [sic] heirs and assigns forever.
Third. I give and bequeath to my said executor the sum of two hundred dollars, in trust, to pay over the same with any profits accruing therefrom, unto my beloved brother William Webb, now supposed to be dead, whenever he shall be found to be living at any time within the period of five years after my decease, or to any lawfully begotten surviving issue of the said William, found within said period of five years after my decease: but if neither the said William nor any such issue of the said William shall have been discovered at the expiration of said period of five years, then I direct my said Executor to pay over the said two hundred dollars and the profits that may have accrued therefrom to the Proprietors of the Crombie Street Church in Salem, their successors or assigns, to the same uses as are expressed in the next succeeding bequest to said Proprietors.

In testimony whereof I the said Sally Webb have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twenty fourth day of September in the year eighteen hundred and sixty three.
